We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team in a dual role of Home Tutor and Station Support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, supporting their education, and contributing to the smooth running of a busy station environment.

The Home Tutor provides educational support, tutoring, and supervision of school-aged children living on the station. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and supervise daily school lessons and educational programs as per curriculum

  • Plan and maintain a structured school schedule

  • Keep the schoolroom clean, organised, and well-equipped

  • Prepare learning materials and resources ahead of lessons

  • Supervise extra-curricular activities both on- and off-station

  • Provide childcare outside of school hours when required

As Station Support, you will contribute to daily operations in and around the homestead. Duties may include:

  • General cleaning of station facilities

  • Changing linen and preparing guest accommodation

  • Assisting in the kitchen or with cooking as required

  • Lawn mowing and upkeep of gardens and grounds around the homestead

  • Basic computer and data entry tasks

  • Record keeping, mail handling, and general administrative support

  • Assisting with accounts, orders, and requisitions

  • Supporting the organisation of station activities and visitors

  • Assist with station hand activities when required
